We have a 7-day easy exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, you'll be required to keep the product ready for pickup. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged like accessories, headbands, socks, towels, bibs, underwears, caps, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).

Unfortunately, we do not accept return or exchange on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Once your exchange is accepted, we'll arrange the pick up of the existing product with you. Once we receive it, inspect it, we'll ship out the exchange product for you. 

You're eligible for a free exchange for the first time only. Post which, you'll be required to ship the product back to us at your cost.
